I wanted to share some feedback from my most recent experience at the service department. Until this past week, I've always received exceptional service. I brought my car in for its scheduled mainte experience at the service department. Until this past week, I've always received exceptional service. I brought my car in for its scheduled maintenance. Afterward, I received a message with a quote that included some additional service recommendations. One of the recommendations seemed quite expensive, so I called the service department to ask for more information. When I called, I was told my service advisor was with another customer and would return my call. However, after waiting several hours without a callback, I decided to decline the additional services since I still didn't have my questions answered. I'm unsure if my service advisor ever received the message that I was seeking more details on that big-ticket recommendation. The lack of a timely callback left me feeling unsatisfied with the customer service. I also specifically asked them not to rotate my tires, as I had purchased new tires recently, yet they rotated them anyway. It seems the level of attention to customers may be slipping a bit compared to my previous positive experiences. I wanted to share this feedback in case it could help identify any potential areas for improvement. Excellent customer service has always been very important to me. More

Absolutely horrible experience. My 2015 Mazda CX-9 was taken there for repairs due to a break in. My vehicle had 3" of water on the floorboards, water in the doors, seats soaked, wo My 2015 Mazda CX-9 was taken there for repairs due to a break in. My vehicle had 3" of water on the floorboards, water in the doors, seats soaked, wouldn't start, among other things. There were delays due to Christmas and New Year, and my insurance, however, once repairs were finally "completed", I went to check my vehicle as I was told it was complete, and it was not. The entire carpet had been replaced, yet it was wet in multiple places and the carpet had black residue coming off when I run my finger across it. The automatic window was not working. They ignition key cover was gone. My front seats smelled damp and moldy. Additionally, the items in my vehicle, such as the owners manual in the glove box, was covered in mold. I was obviously upset and brought it to the attention of the gentleman I had been working with, as well as the service manager. I was advised that they did not do mold remediation there, so they couldn't do anything about that. Then I was told they will complete the work properly and they would be in touch. They submitted an additional supplement to my insurance stating there were additional electrical problems all of a sudden, which resulted in my vehicle being a total loss. I was without my vehicle for nearly 2 months, which would have been less had the work been completed properly the first time or the "new issues" found. I absolutely do not recommend Sport Mazda North Service. Had I been naive and took them at their word upon my initial check, who knows the issues I would have now, resulting in, yet again, more time without a vehicle. More
