Hello Mrs. Darwin. This is Jay Mealey, owner of Sport Mazda North. I apologize for all of the issues you have had with your repairs and your insurance company. I have had the GM and the Service Director look into this and I understand that the Service Director has been involved since the beginning. It can become very complicated on several levels when repairing a vehicle with water damage. Unfortunately we have no control over what the insurance companies do with these repairs and we are at their mercy.
