On top of that, the estimated additional time needed to complete additional work was 1/2 of the quoted time. I was in/out in under three hours. Usually rate Sport Mazda North very highly as their service dept is better than most. Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do.
