When he sees me he automatically knows to check if a loaner is available for me because I hate waiting hrs at the dealership and if one is not available then he goes the extra mile to see if any discounts can be applied for the wait. Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously.
