They sold me a car that had engine problems. 2 weeks after purchase I told them the car was shaking. The engine failed after 2 months. The resolution to this was very poor. It’s been exactly a month since I bought a car from Jacob Delgado at Sport Mazda North, and I can’t stop thinking about what an amazing and positive experience it was, the complete OPPOSITE of the tedious an Delgado at Sport Mazda North, and I can’t stop thinking about what an amazing and positive experience it was, the complete OPPOSITE of the tedious and untrustworthy experiences we've basically all come to expect from car sales. I wanted to wait before leaving a review so I could really settle in with the car, and now, after a full month of driving, I can confidently say, we made the right choice. Jacob was an absolute rockstar from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, he treated us with kindness, honesty, and respect, and most of all, dude was GENUINE. There was zero pressure, just a real desire to help us make the purchase we came in for. Not only did he get us an incredible deal, but he made the entire process so smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.
