The service I received at Sport Durst was really a pleasant surprise. When I drove up I didn't get the impression that sharks were circling my car and if I actually opened my car door I'd be consumed pleasant surprise. Not one person at the dealership was pushy or intrusive. The sales representative that I dealt with was Joe Mckenna. He was such a nice person, he took his time with us, explained our options and really made us feel comfortable about doing business with him and the dealership. When it came time to actually work out the details of buying the car and trading in my old car they were fair, reasonable and went out of their way to make it convenient for me gather the paperwork and make arrangements to finalize the deal. When I went back to pick up my car Miranda Miller explained the manuals and other paperwork to me, showed me what I needed to know about the car before leaving the lot and helped me set up the electrical options in the car. She could not have been nicer and more patient with me. I dealt with several other people at the dealership to set up financing, get a trade in appraisal and generally just chat. Each and every person that worked there was pleasant and made us feel at ease. I would absolutely recommend Sport Durst and their employees to anyone in the market for a car. More

This was my 3rd Mazda purchase and the first time buying from Sport Durst. I went in just wanting to take a look at a new 2014 CX-5, and before you know it I am signing the papers to buy one. My salesman H from Sport Durst. I went in just wanting to take a look at a new 2014 CX-5, and before you know it I am signing the papers to buy one. My salesman Hieu Nguyen was very pleasant to deal with, and he had a good technical understanding of the vehicle. I had already done a decent amount of research online and he answered my remaining questions. We went for a test drive after I had a chance to look over the CX-5, including both highway and side roads to get a feel for the car handling and acceleration. The dealership worked out an appropriate value for my Mazda 3 trade-in and informed me about the Mazda owner loyalty rebate. Hieu advised me on how to cancel my existing extended warranty so that I could get the prorated refund from Mazda. There were no aggressive sales tactics or high pressure to buy the car or any additional services, although like any dealership they will explain the different warranty options and hazard insurance etc. Once the paperwork was done I told Hieu I didn't want any of the usual dealer advertising on the back of my CX-5 (decals, license plate frame) and he was happy to comply with that. He and Miranda helped with the final delivery process and explained the free oil change and roadside assistance. I am glad that I went to Sport Durst, and fortunately they are the closest Mazda dealer to my house for future service visits. More

Hieu Nguyen was very welcoming as soon as I stepped up to the door. He immediately allowed me to test drive the car I was interested in and asked how I liked the features as we were driving.
