We bought a new Elantra yesterday, on Sunday, April 1 st. I talked to Michael Silberman at about 1 pm.. We worked out the final deal on phone because I am familiar with the car. Michael processed the paperwork very efficiently and spent time with us to go over all details of the car including hands on demo for operation of the car. We never had experience like this in forty years. David also finalized paper work fast with full explanation. Everyone treated us like special . We felt like we are getting red carpet treatment. The purchasing process at this dealership was a pleasant experience--no haggling. There was not any 'pressure' tactics utilized by the Sales team and everything was explained in detail so that there was no experience--no haggling. Excellect overall experience. Purchasing the car was fast, but waiting on the finance department to complete the paperwork took a little while due to being very busy. I found my expierence at Sport Durst to be very enjoyable, and everyone I spoke with had my best interest at heart. I have been to many dealers that just want to "make the sale" and meet a quota fo enjoyable, and everyone I spoke with had my best interest at heart. I have been to many dealers that just want to "make the sale" and meet a quota for their best interests, but at Sport Durst they showed genuine concern for making the deal work for me. As closing time approached, I felt like we would have to put it off until tomorrow, but they told me no, they were going to stay until the deal was right for me, and they did exactly what they promised. It was ten o'clock at night when I left the lot in my new 2013 Elantra as a new member of the Sport Durst family, and I owe it all to the service above and beyond the call of duty of Chanel, Lamont, and David and the entire team. What can I say he made my day! He worked with me from 830am until I left at 715pm! Toney (Never ) made me feel like, I was clueless or wasting his time. Which I feel is very important! Everyone was open and above board with all areas of the purchase. No hidden facts or figures. They were willing to work with us on color, features and most importantly price. With both of us being a little "technically challenged", Edgar was very patient explaining and demonstrating all the bells and whistles of the dash area of the car. It certainly was refreshing to work with a dealership where everyone demonstrated high work ethics and truly cared about the customer. I love my car, by the way!!!!
