He went out of his way to actually go get the van we bought from the owners house just Before I begin please let me say that our salesman was fine. He went out of his way to actually go get the van we bought from the owners house just for us to see and test drive it. I can not place blame on him for the my following statement. The experience as a whole is entirely to long. We were there 7 hours total, not including an hour we left for lunch, to look at, test drive and purchase a car. The car which we ended up having to leave at the dealership because we were just tired of waiting. Once again our salesman allowed us to bring our truck back home and made arrangements to pick the van up the following day. The process should not take seven hours to buy a car unless the buyer has credit issues which I did have have unless, A+ credit is to low in order to get approved for a loan through the dealers banks. We were even pre-approved through our financial institution. Other than the seven hour marathon sales pitch and then leaving without the car we purchased the deal was fine. More
