When shopping for my new Sienna, Spitzer was the only dealership out of five that called me and explained the option of pre-buying one in advance of its production. We were fortunate to get exactly the vehicle we wanted from the next allocation from Toyota! Once again Spitzer made the purchase process super easy. I am still amazed that I was driving my new van a mere 10 days after it went into production in Indiana especially considering it was built during the Christmas holiday season!
