My sales person Kylor was wonderful. I stopped in a month or so before and did not have a nice experience with another sales person. Elvis was great. Service took a long time and not all of my issues were addressed. I have some new issues with the infotainment system since I was there and my vehicl Service took a long time and not all of my issues were addressed. I have some new issues with the infotainment system since I was there and my vehicle was a mess at pick up. Running it through your wash takes all of 2 mins and looks way better but instead I picked up a dirty vehicle. To make it worse, there was sloppy, muddy dirt all over my inside kick plate and door frame. It takes 20 seconds to clean up after yourself and that was just gross. I took it to a car wash and wiped the dirty kick plate and grime off that was tracked inside my vehicle. I took a picture too so if you had any questions you could see for yourself. More

Elvis. He was great. My car was dirty and the area around my door stepping in and my mats were extra filthy from boots. I am also not happy because I have even more electrical issues than what brought me in.
