I specifically mentioned 2 items. After waiting 1.5 hours, she came back and said service needs to order a switch. I called her a day before to inform her, yet when I pulled out the dealership, that wasn't working. I tried to call minutes later, voicemail message. I can home and mentioned that, I needed to come back in a week. I was pumping fuel Friday and noticed my Sharkfin cover to my antenna is missing. I called Spitzer and was told it is okay to drive around with no problem. I have a Monthly Car Wash plan that I cannot use, per Spitzer. Very inconvenient to drive, constantly pushing the radio screen. Kim did inform me that the repair cost is a $100.00 deductible, but since I said something, that might be waived. More
