We were able to schedule an oil change online and was askew to set the appointment pretty easily. We were told it would take 45 minutes to do the oil change and rotate the tires. They also told us, that since I don't travel over 5,000 miles a year, I only have to change my oil and rotate tires, once a year. More

It is a family atmosphere. They are very courteous and helpful. Everything from providing a drink/snack bar in the waiting area to the service clerks, customer oriented.
