I usually have great service it was just ok this time. I asked when I scheduled if they would have the part. I was told by Steve that he would make sure it was available. They didn’t have the right part b I asked when I scheduled if they would have the part. I was told by Steve that he would make sure it was available. They didn’t have the right part but there was another that they could use. I left and went to lunch with my mom. The appointment started at 10.I didn’t get called until around noon that they didn’t have the correct part. I told them to put the other one on. I came back at 1. And everyone had went to lunch, so my car wasn’t done. I had to wait until 2:30 before I left the dealership. I live an hour away because I have always had good service in the past.
