Selena met me as I drove in for service. What impressed me was she listened. She also seemed concerned. I have never had that when the dealer was Axelrod. The service dept told my wife the coupon had expired. She asked if they had a new one, they said no. We paid full price. Could have gone somewhere else and paid less.
