I called to have an appointment for warranty work. I told them what work I needed done and that it should be under warranty. They made my appointment and I dropped off my truck. I then got a call from the service tech Dominic who was actually great to talk with. He informed me that unfortunately it’s not covered under my warranty. So I called the warranty company to fight with them. Even though when I bought the warranty I was told it’s covered of course I didn’t read the fine print to know that truck shocks aren’t covered. So this was all a waste of time. To top it off when I went to pick up my truck they tried to charge me for labor and a disposal fee. When I asked what the charge was for the lady had to get the service manager. Who made it seem like he did me this huge favor by waiving the “fee” when I would have never been there had I’d been told it wasn’t covered. My family has been shopping with Axelrod for years and bought many vehicles from them. It’s clear that Spitzer is a whole different company and doesn’t care about their customers so I will be finding a new GMC dealership for my next truck. More

They thrive off taking financial advantage of people in a tough spot. I blew my tire out and had to pay $560 to replace 1 tire. 1 year ago I replaced all 4 of my tires for $650. I want there to get my 2014 Buick Encore diagnosed. They told me that the main cause of the problem was my map sensors and that when I get it fixed my check engine light would go out. They told me where to find it and I went to get the part but when I tried to install it, it was the wrong part. They told me the wrong part and I wasted my time to go and get a part that didn’t even fit. Furthermore, I paid around $200 for just the diagnostic alone. Even when I install the map sensor that they told me about. My check engine light did not go out. What was even the point me spending that much money when I got nothing in return. My check engine light is still on and I had to spend around $200 for the car diagnostic plus another $75 a part they told me to get, but wasn’t even the right one. I have wasted my time and money by going to this dealership. More
