Bottom line, I was checking out over 5 hours (driving away 5 1/2 hours) after arriving for my appointment for rear brake replacement. And I was there for an oil change and error light on January 16, and I was there over 5 hours that time. More

Paula Cunningham took care of me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She made sure the parts were there before I brought my car into the shop and then we had tornado’s come through and she let me every step of the way.
