Service was courteous. Oil change was done in a timely manner. When I have had my oil changed at this dealership, my vehicle was washed. I was able to have the re-call part ordered on a previous call. They called weeks later and said the part was here. Made an appointment for the installation. Arrived as scheduled and in about an hour my ca call. They called weeks later and said the part was here. Made an appointment for the installation. Arrived as scheduled and in about an hour my car was done and wash! My only complaint is with Buick. For a problem as critical as an air bag malfunction, they never made an effort to make the part available at the dealer for replacement. All they initially said was that I had a defective air bag that could malfunction and kill you! No replacement air bag was available at the time of the recall letter. There was no follow-up letter saying that the replacement air bag was now available. Poor communication! More
