My car service was good. The standard oil change went well. The service center was neat and clean. The personnel are nice and courteous. Tim was also a great member of the service department, it's a shame that he's no longer with the company. It's a big loss to the local center in general. I don't like how the prices have gone up significantly since my last service. With that, unfortunately I will most likely be considering a different service center for all subsequent vehicles service. I liked Ganley, after they made significant changes to customer service, and I like Spitzer, I just don't agree with the skyrocketing cost of repairs and service. Nowhere else have i ever had to pay $100 for an oil change on an American made vehicle. Insane. More

Took my vehicle there to deactivate the anti theft alarm, it became to be a big problem. They said my engine was bad, that I needed a new. They said I needed a new battery and ignition switch, they replaced it became to be a big problem. They said my engine was bad, that I needed a new. They said I needed a new battery and ignition switch, they replaced my ignition switch but that was it, they had my vehicle for almost 2 months, at first they said 148 for diagnostic fee, from that fee it jumped up too 748.00 plus they wanted to charge 400 for a battery and 200 for ignition switch plus over 16,000 for engine, it was a waste of time, long story short, I towed my vehicle out of there and my engine was not bad, all. All we needed was a new starter, now my vehicle drives, dont go to them, they dont help you at all but will charge you a arm and a leg. More
