I’m going to give a honest review. For a while I wasn’t a fan of the move from Axelrod over to Spitzer. I felt like the service took a big step back and my salesman retired. After voicing some concerns, I was taken to the general managers office where I sat and talked with Adam Black for quite some time. He was more than accommodating as well as took ownership in some of the areas that were deficient. He promised me that everything was going to be improved. He also asked me what he could do to earn my business back so we talked in depth. I’m happy to say within 24 hours. I drove off the lot with a brand new 2024 GMC Acadia Elevation. In order to make this happen, I was paired up with Kelly Hettinga as my salesman. He was terrific and took the time to work with me and explain everything in depth. After the fact, he even drove the vehicle over to my house when they had to program a couple things. They have definitely earned my business and I will tell everybody about my experience. Paula is ALWAYS a treat to see and converse with, I think that the service center could use more people with her friendly attitude and warm welcome. Tim was also a great member of the service department, it's a shame that he's no longer with the company. It's a big loss to the local center in general. I don't like how the prices have gone up significantly since my last service. With that, unfortunately I will most likely be considering a different service center for all subsequent vehicles service. I liked Ganley, after they made significant changes to customer service, and I like Spitzer, I just don't agree with the skyrocketing cost of repairs and service. Nowhere else have i ever had to pay $100 for an oil change on an American made vehicle. Insane. More
