Our sales guy didn’t know anything about the vehicle we test drove, even though we scheduled an appt two days ahead of time. After reading the car fax and seeing a report of a rebuilt transmission after 7k test drove, even though we scheduled an appt two days ahead of time. After reading the car fax and seeing a report of a rebuilt transmission after 7k miles, our sales guy lied and said they only “looked” at the transmission. Our warranty lady said we were receiving a great deal on our warranty and she was going to “take care of us” with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. Well, she lied because the warranty only covers the vehicle to 100k miles and it has 66k on it now, thanks for taking care of us. There were two small cracks in the windshield our sales rep said they’d replace the windshield, they lied and just repaired the cracks. You can still see the cracks. Upon literally pulling out of the dealership and driving home, the back right wheel was shaking like crazy. Turns out the lug nuts weren’t on tight and we almost lost the wheel. But the shaking has created more problems with the suspension, which they won’t look at until the warranty kicks in after 30 days, or we’ll have to cover the costs. So yeah, is it our fault we weren’t more detail oriented and pushy about the warranty, yes. But if you think you can go to this dealership and then be upfront and honest with you, you’re wrong. They’ll hide or omit important details in order to get a sale. We have to go back for the warranty services, but wouldn’t step a toe in there again if I didn’t have to. More

I took in my car for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and check engine light. They did not do the oil change or tire rotation. So I took my car to another third party for the oil change and ti rotation and check engine light. They did not do the oil change or tire rotation. Which should have been caught by the inspection done when I took my car in to the dealership. When I called (oil leak should be covered by the turbocharge policy) I was told I would have to pay another $187 for an inspection, when it should have been caught originally on my first visit: More
