I was very unsatisfied with Advisor Domenic DiFino. Gave me inaccurate report of my Vehicle. A year old report. I need a present day report. DiFino did this purposely to scam me. I still need to know if my vechile needs new brakes soon, if my tires are good or not, if my windshield wipers need replaced . If my cabin filter needs replaced, he told me nothing!! I left so upset !! He needs to be fired!! May you mail me an accurate report , present tone not a year ago. Dominic DiFino is a very bad employee!! I’m very upset!! Service department was rude and unhelpful. My SUV was returned in worst condition then when it entered. Go somewhere else, there fees and higher than most GM dealers and there diagnostic fee does not count towards cost of service which is seen at other GM dealers. More
