The service department did an excellent job fixing my Oldsmobile Bravada. However, I was very displeased with the Spitzer new policy charging a fee to use a credit card. That is not putting the customer Oldsmobile Bravada. However, I was very displeased with the Spitzer new policy charging a fee to use a credit card. That is not putting the customer first. It has greatly reduced my chances of purchasing a new car at a Spitzer dealer. More
