Layne was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly honest and transparent about the services my vehicle required. It's refreshing to work with someone who prioritizes customer trust and satisfaction. The service was completed on time, as promised, which I greatly appreciated given my busy schedule. Layne kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. This level of communication and commitment to customer care is rare and truly commendable. I regret buying a car from Spitzer. I feel and I've been told by everyone who's heard what happened that I got ripped off by Spitzer.
