Communication was awful. When car is dropped off why ask for time you need it back when is doesn't matter!! More

After looking into this situation with all involved on our end we were not aware that you needed it back at a certain time. No one recalls you mentioning a time and it was not notated anywhere at time of check in. We make every effort to accommodate a time request when we know about it. My wife did tell Jeanine we needed it back by 3pm at the latest. We usually drop it off and put the time on the drop off form. This time we trusted the information with your staff and it wasn't relayed to anyone Thanks Dave
