We feel that the staff at your service department is wonderful. We are very disappointed in the new $16.00 sticker fee for an inspection. If you are told that a service is free...then it should be free. More

I am sorry that you are disappointed that you had to pay for the state inspection sticker. Our policy in PA has always been that the "inspection" has been free of charge with the customer only paying for the cost of the sticker. That is for the state inspection only, not emissions. No grandfathering is necessary as this has always been the policy. The sad part is the state of PA has raised the price from $2 a sticker to $11 now. That is out of our control. Glad you liked the service otherwise and even at $11 it is still a great bargain with a savings $49.95.
