I was quoted the wrong price for a transmission service and charged a 3% fee for using my credit card. Neither were discussed when vehicle was scheduled or brought in. I originally leased my 2019 RDX for three years and later decided to purchase it outright with cash. On two separate occasions, I called about a recall and was told the part was not available. No one followed up, and I was left waiting with no resolution. Additionally, when my car’s electrical system started acting up, I paid $200 for a diagnostic test, only to be told that nothing was wrong—despite the clear malfunction. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I no longer feel supported as a customer, and as a result, I will not return to this dealership in the future. More
