The check in was very good, the person asked for the best phone # to reach me when it was done which never used but when I returned she told me that I needed a oil change.my problem is since it was for state phone # to reach me when it was done which never used but when I returned she told me that I needed a oil change.my problem is since it was for state inspection and it was a free service why didn't they just do it,and when I got home I had 3calls on my land line instead of my cell # I gave them in 1st place, now I have to go back. Not happy More

We feel that the staff at your service department is wonderful. We are very disappointed in the new $16.00 sticker fee for an inspection. If you are told that a service is free...then it should be free. wonderful. We are very disappointed in the new $16.00 sticker fee for an inspection. If you are told that a service is free...then it should be free. You should be "grandfathered in"for that service. All NEW car buyers should be told upfront that the inspection is free, but there is a $16.00 sticker fee. Being upfront and honest goes a long way today when operating a business. More
