For the most part, they try to complete the repairs on time. Sometimes what is found was not expected and they are quick to inform me and let me know what they found and how long it will take to fix the time. I did not have an appointment as I haven’t been in since December or so. Michael said they could fit me in for an oil change but it would be a couple hours. I have to wait. I get my Ford Ranger that I bought there serviced by spirit. They always get me in and out as quick as possible. It is also quite convenient to have a good diner next door to go to while you wait. Excellent service always good from start to finish, service managers are awesome. I ended up buying tires, they found a bad front tire but gave a few options to get what was comfortable for me for pr service managers are awesome.
