I’ve been coming to Spirit for about 30 yrs since 1994 and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service led by Ron Baus and general Mgr Mike Baus. They make me feel like true family when I see and deal with them and I am always bragging about the dealership to many others through the many years. Very dishonest especially in the service department. They have lied to my face repeatedly about a part that should be covered. However they insist that the mirror got hit. The ram was also sold They have lied to my face repeatedly about a part that should be covered. However they insist that the mirror got hit. The ram was also sold to me with a faulty horn, faulty driver's side seat belt. Lights on the dash, etc.... My vehicle is a 2023 ram and has been in the shop twice since i purchased it in June. Didn’t have staff to work on truck for over 30 days then charged tear down and other expenses for what should’ve been covered as warranty.
