Spirit Chryler Dodge Jeep Ram was very helpful and professional in helping fix our 2020 Jeep Cherokee. We had it towed into the dealership. This is the worst car facility I have ever had in my entire life. When I came to Spirit, my car was totaled from a storm. I put my faith and trust in Mike the sales man who ensured me the used car was i entire life. When I came to Spirit, my car was totaled from a storm. So, Spirit sold me a bad engine that I only had for under two years. The fact that you have had the car more than me last year to fix the engine was proof enough. Also, ignoring that facts will not make the engine problem, you sold to me, go away. I have all the proof of the work done on the engine since I purchased it. My car is currently in North C. because of the 5th breakdown for the same reason to only be told last week by Bill the Manager "It's not our problem, we cannot help you". I have an extended Warranty that won't even cover the problem or is currently under investigation for approval. This car has cost me so much money, time and heartache. Your Spirit facility has done nothing, but patch/band aid the issue with this engine. I only had this car for under two years and the first week of purchase, I needed a fix of the engine already, followed by several other times it broke down. Last week I begged Bill for a loner car, because the NC center will only approve a loner car within the state, he refused, telling me to "call the hot line" and when I explained to him, they were only going to cover 5 days of rental he stated "not my issue Colleen" then hung up on me. I continued to call him back just for the receptionist to tell me "Bill said there is nothing he can do". I continued to ask to speak to the owner, Ron or Mike, just to be denied. I have the paperwork from Spirit's "work" done on the car. So, I am going to have you take back the car and absolve me of any obligation, Matter of fact, I need a refund for the money I spent on rentals, and the money I am paying with no car currently. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Spirit. I am talking to a lawyer at this time, this week.
