We leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe and have had nothing but problems with it. It has been in the shop more than out on the road. Also a different problem every time. It is a 60K Jeep. Two of the problems are still not fixed the goes back to April 2024. One of the owners was supposed to call us regarding the lemon law and NO CALL! I have another vehicle, which is a Toyota for 8 years and not one issue. And another thing a rental while the Jeep is in the shop we have to pay for and get reimbursed from the dealer. I don’t believe that would happen either! I will never get another vehicle here. More

I know that it was over the holidays, but it took me 12 days to get my truck back from service. It felt like I was not a priority. The parts weren't ordered as soon as they could have been, and then the te days to get my truck back from service. It felt like I was not a priority. The parts weren't ordered as soon as they could have been, and then the tech working on my truck was out for a day. Once it was ordered, it was not gotten to quickly, and then service was closed for several days. Once back, it was not gotten to. It was a frustrating process. More

Vehicle was in for a simple oil change. Asked them to look at brakes as well as the dealership repaired my front brakes at the last visit and they were squeaking. The mechanic told the fron Asked them to look at brakes as well as the dealership repaired my front brakes at the last visit and they were squeaking. The mechanic told the front desk someone over tightened some bolts and that was the problem when they replaced the front brakes. When the vehicle was given back to us the front told us we needed back brakes and that was noise. Even if we are to need back brakes which is fine they were not honest. Needless to say the mechanic loosed the bolts and the sweeping is gone. Go figure! Also we had a 1pm appointment and had to sit there for 2 1/2 hours! So disappointed in our last experience here.
