Love the small town feel of this dealer. Ive been trying to find a new dealer to take my truck in for service as sadly the dealer I bought my truck from and another dealer I used have become Ive been trying to find a new dealer to take my truck in for service as sadly the dealer I bought my truck from and another dealer I used have become untrustworthy. The service writer came out with the work order and confirmed with me what I needed done and what oil change package I wanted to use. I will be going to Spirit for all my vehicle purchase and service needs going forward. More
Had a issue with my Ram truck, There was concern I had regarding the repair and how “RAM” corporate came up with their repair plan and diagnostics, after sitting down with the service manager and Ron, the regarding the repair and how “RAM” corporate came up with their repair plan and diagnostics, after sitting down with the service manager and Ron, the owner, they put me at ease and gained my confidence. Brought Jeep in for regular service/oil change; quick and no issues with that. Service dept suggested approximately $1500 of additional services that "should be attended to". I approved a new tire as I was e no issues with that. Service dept suggested approximately $1500 of additional services that "should be attended to". I approved a new tire as I was expecting that and not surprised I was informed the current tire, (which had a plug due to a nail), needed to be replaced. They went over and above obtaining the correct sized tire; sent someone out to bring in new tire while I waited. No issues there. However when I asked if any of the other recommendations were covered under the expensive warranty I purchased when the vehicle was purchased, I was told no. One recommendation was close to $700. I declined the remaining work as I did not completely trust I was being given accurate information regarding warranty coverage. When I told the service dept rep I had one more oil change under the plan I had purchased, I was initially told I did not. He did however inform me later that I was correct and I was able to utilize the remaining service under the plan. Thus the reason I did not have complete confidence that none of the remaining suggested services were covered under the purchased warranty. I plan to actually read that warranty. ask a few questions, then make a decision on the recommendations. More
All around the worst experience I’ve had. Felt pressured by service advisor. I have a RAM Mastercard from which I redeemed 15000 points to get an $150.00 virtual card.
