We leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe and have had nothing but problems with it. It has been in the shop more than out on the road. Also a different problem every time. It is a 60K Jeep. Two of the problems are still not fixed the goes back to April 2024. One of the owners was supposed to call us regarding the lemon law and NO CALL! I have another vehicle, which is a Toyota for 8 years and not one issue. And another thing a rental while the Jeep is in the shop we have to pay for and get reimbursed from the dealer. I don’t believe that would happen either! I will never get another vehicle here. More
I know that it was over the holidays, but it took me 12 days to get my truck back from service. It felt like I was not a priority. The parts weren't ordered as soon as they could have been, and then the te days to get my truck back from service. It felt like I was not a priority. Once it was ordered, it was not gotten to quickly, and then service was closed for several days. Once back, it was not gotten to. It was a frustrating process. More
