the service dept broke a bolt fitting and lost a screw out of the air cleaner cover and i left a message for the service manager to call be back and all i heard was crickets..not real happy with this serv out of the air cleaner cover and i left a message for the service manager to call be back and all i heard was crickets..not real happy with this service call. The Spirit service department is excellent. They let me know what services were needed, and they gave me quotes on items that needed to be replaced in the future.
