Incompetence at it best It's all most as if they put effort into providing terrible service. I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee. Took it in for it's first oil change - they damag It's all most as if they put effort into providing terrible service. I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee. Took it in for it's first oil change - they damaged the suspension system while on the lift. It took three hours to repair. As a concession, they offered our next oil change free of charge. Took it in to give them a second chance - this time they damaged a heat shield with the lift, then informed me that they ran out of oil after they drained my oil and refused to do recall work that needed to be done. I was stuck at the dealer until "they got more oil". Two hour visit this time in their dirty waiting room. 3 days later, the truck broken down on the road. Since they are the closest dealer to me, that's where it was towed. After getting the run around for a week, I called Chrysler corporate. They said that Spirit did not expedite the order and that they would. After 15 days, we finally got our car back and found that they once again did not perform the recall work, nor the heat shield that they damaged and that it was never ordered. Spoke with Fred at least 6 times during the 15 days and each time he assured us that would be done also. When my wife wanted to know why it hadn't been done Fred told her to "get out of the dealership and never come back". I think I'll take his advice. More
Going in for service I took my 2 year old Avenger in for service. While waiting, I walked over to the truck lot where I located the R/T section where there were a variety I took my 2 year old Avenger in for service. Texted the hubby, he showed up, and we walked out of there, both of us, New 1500 Hemi Ram owners. Me with the red R/T of course. Our sales guy, Mac, took care of us as always! More
Run of the mill oil change Even though it's your mundane oil change, I'm treated like I just spent a million bucks instead of $30.00. The Express Oil Change operation is great. Everyone at the dealership, from the owners, Mike & Ron, on down is very friendly & welcoming while you're waiting for the work to be completed. Zach is always focused on taking care of the customers, first & foremost. Been working with Spirit for at least 15 years now {bought 3 Jeeps (1 "Patriot" &, 2 "Grand Cherokee Laredo Special Editions"), Dodge Avenger, Dodge Dart, Plymouth Grand Voyager and even a Mercury Sable} and it is always a pleasure doing business with Spirit and my salesman, Mike Connolly. Always bring my vehicles here for service and buy whatever parts I need, like replacement lamps, from the Parts Department. No need to go elsewhere. More

What more can I say about Spirit Jeep Chysler then Wonderful. I have dealt with several other dealers in my region and by far Spirit is the best dealership I have been to. The service department staff is knowledgeable, very helpful, and trustworthy in what work has to be done....I truly believe that leadership starts at the top and Ron and Michael Baus both demand that from there employees. I have purchased many vehicles at this dealer over the years and my last one 2006 Ram had a bit of warranty work that need to be done at the dealership for Cummins .I believe that it tested the dealership years and my last one 2006 Ram had a bit of warranty work that need to be done at the dealership for Cummins .I believe that it tested the dealerships service department to the max from the Driver who drove me home when I dropped it off the, Mechanic that handled all Cummins work requests to both owners of the dealership that took personal interest in getting the truck fixed correctly …..And in the middle of all of them from the first page of the book to the end of the was Magic Misty who would always greet me with a smiling Good Morning …Even thou I think her thoughts were oh no it the white truck again …She handled all of the scheduling and repair request with Dodge an Cummins along with the endless paper trail with them an myself like it was just a walk in the park. And all with a Smile..Without her it would have been a night mare. Thanks Misty More
