Very dishonest especially in the service department. They have lied to my face repeatedly about a part that should be covered. However they insist that the mirror got hit. The ram was also sold They have lied to my face repeatedly about a part that should be covered. However they insist that the mirror got hit. The ram was also sold to me with a faulty horn, faulty driver's side seat belt. Lights on the dash, etc.... My vehicle is a 2023 ram and has been in the shop twice since i purchased it in June.
