Paid for the 2 for $130 FULL synthetic oil changes coupon they had on their website. After the 2nd oil change I realized by checking the part # on both invoices that only conventional oil was used. Love the small family feel of this dealership as everyone is so friendly. I just want to see them make good on what I paid for. 3/7/2025 The service department here is terrible. Took my 2014 Ram 1500 for an issue with the air-ride suspension losing air. Prior to appointment they told me they charge $175.00 diagnostic fee and Took my 2014 Ram 1500 for an issue with the air-ride suspension losing air. Prior to appointment they told me they charge $175.00 diagnostic fee and any repairs would be taken from the fee. I agreed but called Performance Dodge to check their fee ($160). Spirit was closer and more of a convenience so I took it there. Gave them a list of what I was having issues with (both rear turn signals, brake light out, needed an oil change, and the issue with a ride). I explained that I recently had the compressor replaced for the air-ride, I also explained that I felt the turn signal issue was something in the steering column since it occurs when I am turning the wheel. They responded with their recommendations from their inspection that included a new battery, new tail light assembly and a new air filter totaling over $1000. I was told they could not duplicate the issues with the turn signal or the air-ride leak. I get it sometimes you take a vehicle to get fixed and it’s not doing what it does when you are operating it yourself. I declined all recommendations because I can do that work myself for half the price. I asked them to drive the vehicle for about 15-20 miles on bumpy roads or the highway. Phone call back was they drove it for 19 miles and could not duplicate it still. So 3 days later I take my truck for a 20+ mile drive on the highway and the air-ride fails again (And the turn signals while turning continues to go out). So I call back and spoke with Myke who I was dealing with from the beginning and he told me he can’t accommodate having a mechanic tied up that long to drive my vehicle around. I told him that all I needed to hear and I would take it to Performance and he hung up on me. This place is totally unprofessional and a rip off. I would not recommend buying any cars from Ron Baus or having his staff attempt to fix your vehicle. More

We had a check engine light come on. The vehicle had been runnjng fine. Took it to Autozone to get it checked. They provided the code and we brought it to Spirit to get looked at. They decided we needed a new fuel pump and sensor at a cost of $1,725! We decided to take the vehicle for a second opinion. We had to pay $198 for Spirit's plug-in diagnosis, even though they didn't physically look for the issue. Brought it to a new shop that actually checked the fuel pressures and they discovered it was only the fuel sensor. $1,200 less than Spirit's repair for both the pump & sensor (minus the wasted $200 diagnosis fee). Terrible service. Nobody wants to be ripped off at the end of the day. Very disappointed. More
