Despite trying to work things out with them, the GM Mike, who labeled himself a “problem solver” has been totally unresponsive, despite numerous inquires, after almost 3-months. I now have no choice but to sue because at this point it’s not about the money but rather about my family’s safety and holding dealerships like this accountable. poor customer service Went in to pickup a part my wife ordered yesterday. the guy behind the counter had no information regarding the order looked for the other counterman. Went in to pickup a part my wife ordered yesterday. the guy behind the counter had no information regarding the order looked for the other counterman. found him he had taken the order and trashed the information for the car and didnt pull the part afer being told we would be in to pick it up today then proceeded to tell me i cant help you with out the vin. how is it my fault for his poor record keeping. after asking if they can do a search by chassis they said no. so i left with out the part i ordered and will never do business with this dealership again.
