this is not the first time that i have brought my Jeep into Spirit. i have found they are very friendly and know there jobs quite well. Odor in cabin. Truck was in shop for two days. They did not fix it. Truck back in shop for 2 1/2 weeks. The cabin still smells like mold. I paid $436.00 the first Truck was in shop for two days. They did not fix it. Truck back in shop for 2 1/2 weeks. The cabin still smells like mold. I paid $436.00 the first time. Second time i had to pay $181.00. I had to rent a car with cost $592.00. This vehicle is a lease and still under warranty should not had to deal with all this ! Chrysler is terrible ! The back window was leaking for who knows how long. The back carpet most likely has black MOLD under neath. It should of been replaced. Instead they are using bombs / cleaning solutions. I open all the windows when i enter the vehicle. Lease is up in four months. Don't want to deal with having it fixed again. Cant belive i had to do through all that and truck still smells ! I've been leasing Ram trucks since 2004 ! Thats about 8 trucks ! Not a happy customer ! More
