I did not have an appointment as I haven’t been in since December or so. Michael said they could fit me in for an oil change but it would be a couple hours. I have to wait. I get my Ford Ranger that I bought there serviced by spirit. They always get me in and out as quick as possible. It is also quite convenient to have a good diner next door to go to while you wait. Excellent service always good from start to finish, service managers are awesome. I ended up buying tires, they found a bad front tire but gave a few options to get what was comfortable for me for pr service managers are awesome. They don’t fix the issue they just put a bandaid on it so the customer can come back 7 months later and pay full price because the car is out of warranty at that point.
