I dropped off my vehicle to take care of a recall. Everything was handled properly and professionally. I waited an hour and a half, and I never got a call, so I called them back; this seems to be an issue with Spikes every time I leave my car with them, and I need to do a follow-up call. Almost every time I call to check the status, they promise me that someone will call me back, but they never do. This is the only issue I have. Everything else was done properly, and they delivered my car to my house when it was done. More
