Excellent Service and customer satisfaction! We took the car in because of an airbag warning light. The fault was traced to the passenger seat airbag sensor. Mike Marchese (Speck Hyundai’s Serve We took the car in because of an airbag warning light. The fault was traced to the passenger seat airbag sensor. Mike Marchese (Speck Hyundai’s Serve Rep.) informed us the repair would require replacing the passenger seat. We were outside the warranty period and it would cost around $1600. Mike went the extra mile, contacted Hyundai, and was able to get the repair authorized for no cost to us. This is our third Hyundai vehicle, and we continue to be impressed with Hyundai’s commitment to their customers. We’ve dealt with Spec Hyundai for all our vehicles.
