Daniel had mentioned the Sonatas and Ive always been interested in one.. and As we were just getting ready to leave, we stepped inside, to look online at more of your inventory .. and there it was, 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport. He explained everything the car had and for our budget, the car would possibly work. Not to mention, it has comparable space to and SUV, LOTS of leg room, plenty of space for two cars seats. Super happy Daniel was able to find us something that worked, with NO MILES. Going to miss my Mazda but this car really made an impact in our life, wife and I are SUPER HAPPY !! Amazing customer service I went here and they drove me around a 50 mile radius untill I found my truck! Their gas and coffee! Service department I have been to this dealership plenty of times To have warranty work done on my car and have always left feeling horrible about my experience. I have only ever dealt with the service dept. in the past I have felt like I was talk down to by the guys in the service department and have dealt with more than one chauvinistic attitude. However today was different. Mike Marchese was there and treated me like a human being with decency and respect. I used to go in there feeling apprehensive but in the future will call and make my appointments directly with him, if he is still there. He was knowledgeable, PROFESSIONAL, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. I appreciate being treated with respect which is the way one should be treated in the service industry. Not sure this was a part of their culture before @ Speck. Hopefully they are changing that with Mike’s help! More
