Very professional and easy to work with. Colby with internet sales was very accommodating and easy to work with. Sasha was very pleasant to work with but was tough in negotiating. Good sales department. ..poor service department. Was to top off fluids didnt. Went back was belittled and gas lighted. Told I needed new brakes. Came back and told there was nothing wrong with them. Talked with Ryan Spangler he said first mechanic didn't even look at my brakes. So what am Came back and told there was nothing wrong with them. Talked with Ryan Spangler he said first mechanic didn't even look at my brakes. So what am I to take from this? Mr. Spangler didn't seem upset that his worker had made false statements. He said he ran an honest business and was proven by the second worker who found no needed repair. Needless to say,Spangler Subaru will no longer get any business from me and I plan to buy a new crosstrek in 2023. More
