Excellent It was the first time I used a loaner car and the experience was great. I live 60 miles from Johnstown so when I am in town I like to shop at the stor It was the first time I used a loaner car and the experience was great. I live 60 miles from Johnstown so when I am in town I like to shop at the stores that are not available where I live. I was able to get most of my shopping done while my car was worked on. I had only two other stops to make after my car was finished allowing me to arrive home and unload the car before supper. My "loaner" was an Outback and I enjoyed driving it. But the headroom is less than in my Forester so I won't upgrade--too many tall people in the family and the Forester's extra inches are needed. The service was accomplished within the estimated time and I do not expect any trouble with the results of the service. I even had help transferring my purchases from the loaner to my car--many thanks. More
