Our family consist of four members and of course drive only Subaru from the Spanglers. Our longtime salesman, Mike Burnheimer is considered a friend . Our experience from choosing the perfect car for me, the knowledge and patience Mike has and the smooth process of purchasing our vehicle was so awesome. Denise handled all our paperwork with ease and made us so comfortable in our decisions. I have seen the dealership grow thru the years which is a statement in itself. The Express Service is convenient for many limited issues and appointments for routine care are scheduled within acceptable time frames. All routine maintenance and other repairs have been done appropriately and professionally. More
Getting facts was laborious. My experience started online where I inquired about a used vehicle. The online salesperson encouraged me to quickly swing by to get a chance at the ve My experience started online where I inquired about a used vehicle. The online salesperson encouraged me to quickly swing by to get a chance at the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told that they are not actually selling any vehicles at the time due to hail damage. Why didn't they tell me that before I drove all the way there? I take the car for a drive and intend on negotiating price and getting a price on my vehicle for trade-in. We never came to an agreement on price and I never received a price for my trade-in. I was told they would call me with that later. I wait a few days and get no call. I finally call back and reach someone from the service center who gives me the trade-in value. I tell them to have the salesperson call me back when they can. They never do. After a week I finally get ahold of the salesperson I started with and agree to go in and look at a different used vehicle. We started talking about the new vehicles with the low financing and we agreed to a new vehicle, that had been damaged by the previously mentioned hail. We asked if this damage would show up on the cars history and we are told that it shouldn't. After a couple days and them running my credit, we are called to be notified that the low financing was not applicable to vehicles that had hail damage, but they would run my credit again with other banks to get me the lowest % financing and adjust the cars price to maintain my monthly payment amount. When I asked why the financing was pulled, I was told the bank would finance those vehicles since they were damaged. This made me ask again if this damage would show up on a car history report and now they say yes it would. I ended up getting a vehicle off of their lot that did not have the hail damage and that they worked on the price with me. It was a long drawn out experience and I felt like I really had to pry to get to all the information about these vehicles. I know it is a business, but not saying the whole truth is the same as lying. I would have been much more receptive, and made the same decision had they been forward with me. I will still get another Subaru, but will most likely make the trip somewhere else when I make my next purchase. More
Not a happy customer I brought my car in for warranty work and picked it up and my car made a loud noise. They told ne it was a belt and they wear out. I did not have the problem until they worked on my car. They refused to fix it until I called the manager. They kept telling me its not under warranty and when I took it back they fixed it long enough to drive off if the lot. They did come and fix the problem but ended up charging my warranty place anyhow! Not a happy customer. More
