From my very first visit, the salesman, Jamie, took the time to understand my preferences and found me a good-quality vehicle that perfectly fit my budget. The quality of the used car I purchased is excellent for its age and mileage. I could tell they take great care in selecting the vehicles they sell. I was given the vehicle’s service record and the Carfax without asking. It was a Honda that they had sold initially new, and its single previous owner had it serviced at the dealership where it was purchased. After their inspection and work, I felt confident driving off the lot. What stood out to me was the no-pressure environment. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase. Jamie answered all my questions and ensured I understood the vehicle’s history and condition and how the pricing was determined compared to similar makes, models, and years in other conditions. The sales team and service department responded to my texts and emails promptly. The finance staff, Terry, was sure to find the lender best suited to my needs and guided me through the paperwork step by step. Frustrated with Misdiagnosis and Extra CostsReview:“My wife and I had a frustrating experience with this Honda dealership. The battery light on our vehicle kept coming on and off while she was driving. We wife and I had a frustrating experience with this Honda dealership. The battery light on our vehicle kept coming on and off while she was driving. We took it in, and they ran a diagnostic, saying they weren’t sure if it was the alternator but found oil leaking onto it. They claimed the alternator was fine but suggested the belt tensioner might be slipping, causing the issue. After spending $2,500 on repairs, I got the car back, and the battery light came on again—then went off. To test it, I had my wife turn on all accessories (seat heaters, AC on high), and the light came back on. When she turned everything off, it went off again—clearly a sign of a failing charging system, likely the alternator. I’m upset Honda didn’t properly troubleshoot this the first time. We had to bring it back, costing another $1,000 to finally fix what should’ve been caught initially. Their ‘guess and check’ approach wasted my time and money—$3,500 total when it could’ve been less if they’d diagnosed the bad alternator from the start. The service was polite, but the technical expertise fell short. I expected better from Honda.” More

From the moment we arrived everyone was very polite and friendly. Jorge Pronto was so knowledgeable about the CRV – EXL and answered all of our questions with expertise. As we were talking with Jorge, Chad Reed (Sales Manager) came over to introduce himself, which we thought was very professional and nice. Once I decided to go forward and lease, Jorge was able to meet my financial needs for the lease. He explained everything and then we went over the Personalized Settings Worksheet explaining some of the features of the CRV – EXL. We then met with Terry Abrams, Business Manager to complete all the paperwork for the lease. He too, was very polite and answered any questions we had about the lease. Space Coast Honda Is not only the best Dealership in Florida, but the best dealership we’ve ever dealt with! Jorge, James, and Chad were nothing short of awesome! And I absolutely love my new CRV – EXL! Thank you, gentlemen for a wonderful experience!! More
