When my parents got second thought about the car he could have given up and went on to the next customer and chalked his loses but he answered every one of my parents concerns to get the deal done, plus I seen the car on auto trader for 13500 and for some reason the next day it went up to 13900 because they put new wheels on it, but since i drove from oklahoma he was willing to go back to 13500 for me and I'm grateful for that More

Of the car buying experiences I've had, this was one of the easiest and best sales jobs I've been a part of. I was, however, put off by the bait and switch tactics that were pulled once price was to be discussed. I this is the second car I've purchased based on an "internet price." This was the only dealership that proposed that I would be penalized for purchasing with my own money after a purchase price had been agreed upon. It was disheartening when my bank and two other dealerships found the "pay me now or pay me later" discussion laughable. My salesperson did a great job selling the vehicle. The dealership did a bad job with handling price negotiation in the end. For that reason I cannot recommend this used dealership to others. More
