The system they use to communicate services and their respective charges was user friendly and transparent. You could easily accept or decline the additional recommended services from your handheld device. Then to top off the service they washed and vacuumed the driver floorboard of my car, which gets messy handing snacks to toddlers in the back!! Experience is what brings people in and pulls people back, the Southwest Kia service center, in my opinion, does a good job of that. I will for sure be a returning customer. More
