One thing that stood out to me was the respect they showed me throughout the entire process. Even though I had a man with me, they always spoke directly to me as the purchaser. I felt heard, valued, and never overlooked. They took the time to answer every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Despite it being a busy Saturday, I was driving off the lot in my new car in about three hours, which was incredibly impressive. What has made me an even more loyal customer is that the outstanding service didn’t stop after the sale. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, I’m greeted with the same kindness and professionalism. The staff always seem genuinely happy to see me, and I continue to feel appreciated as a customer. I pass several Kia dealerships and drive 30 miles just to have my vehicle serviced here, and I’ll continue to do so because of how valued they make me feel. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find, and I’m grateful for the experience every time I visit. More

I found a certified Pre-owned vehicle here that I could afford. (CPO via Kia, Carfax, and the dealerships listing). From the minute we got there shifty behavior started. after they "somehow" tried to show us the wrong vehicle then they attempted to charge us more money than advertised for the certified preowned. they said "oh no. it's not Certified, it's "certifiable" if you pay the additional cost. " Any car listed and advertised as a CPO is for that price listed, not a way for shifty dealerships to line their pockets on unsuspecting customers. i attempted to contact the dealership to discuss this and they (Scott) got mad and unprofessional instead of attempting to change their illegal behavior. please!! do not go here and get taken advantage of. More
