I had a great experience the entire time. I say the truck on line and called from work. Ray Wright answered all my questions and sent the informaiton to my credit union as I requested. Wright and he said not to worry they would wait if I got into traffic but I did get there at 6:30 and a very nice lady in finance handled my paper work in a very short time. When I was leaving mr. Wright gave me $40.00 for my friend and I to get something to eat. I will tell everybody at work and at the credit union this is a great place to buy a car. More

On 09/21/11 I traded in my 2006 Infiniti FX35 for a 2008 Infiniti G35 at Southwest Infiniti. I could not be happier with the service I received from my salesman Ray Wright. Who could complain about that????
