In fact, they just replaced the entire dashboard which was cracking, after 8 years and did not charge me a dime for it. I was very impressed that the company can and does stand behind its products so well and for so long. They have definitely bought my loyalty with this gesture and many others over time. I would strongly consider purchasing another Infiniti when the time comes and if I did, I would certainly purchase from this dealership. More

I've recently purchase a 2011 qx56 from Southwest Infiniti. This was my 6th luxury car, the experience was beyond my expectations.
