Went to this place on Saturday to look at a Jeep Cherokee L. I had already looked at a couple of places and had a good idea what I wanted and what my trade in was worth. Found a new Jeep I liked with a reaso L. I had already looked at a couple of places and had a good idea what I wanted and what my trade in was worth. Found a new Jeep I liked with a reasonable price. Decided to go ahead and look at the numbers. The salesman was great to work with as well as the internet person I had talked to. The salesman came back with my trade in value and it was a joke. They offered $35,000 for my trade in, which was $6000 less than anyone else had offered and $5500 less than what CarMax had offered to just buy the vehicle outright. It was also $9900 less than average trade in on KBB. I obviously told them no thank you. Then another person (sales manager maybe?) came out and ask me what I wanted out of the trade in. I told him the best offer I had, he proceeded to laugh at me and tell me that was a gift and said if it was true I better hurry and go take it. Which I did, I drove to the other dealer and made the deal and have a nice Cherokee L setting in my driveway. And the payment is $170 less a month that what their offer would have been even though I chose a slightly more expensive option package. If you choose to go to this dealer make sure you know what your trade in is worth before you go there. I would NOT rely on them giving you a honest number on their own. More

Bought a 2014 Ram with 62,000 miles, purchased a Triton warranty. 10 days later transmission went out left me stranded out of town. I shipped truck back to dealership, THREE weeks later still not fixed. WA warranty. 10 days later transmission went out left me stranded out of town. I shipped truck back to dealership, THREE weeks later still not fixed. WARRANTY has not approved repairs and dealership has given me no options. (i.e, buy back or trade me out of it) I’m self employed and make my living with my truck. They do have me in a loaner (traded me out of it twice) but it’s hard to run my business because I can’t put a tall ladder on it. I’ve called and gone up there to discuss with managers about options but have only gotten “please be patient” and “sorry, used car Manager is no longer working here”, “GM isn’t here”...and so on. Aggravated about a warranty company that doesn’t approve in a timely manner. This dealership is part of Gilchrist Auto Group? I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but... More

Also 1-2 months wait for a loaner on my first due oil change service. Plus truck has pulley, remotes and transmission issues. 1-2 months. Seriously? heck manager reads reviews and ask to be called. When you leave messages. He never returns calls. Believe me. I have bought 25 new vehicles and this is very close if not the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. More

David Brooks (dealer) gets 5 stars, but the dealership gets 3. I didn't end up buying a car here, but I came somewhat close. Had the dealership discounted the price of the > $50,000 truck even a paltr gets 3. I didn't end up buying a car here, but I came somewhat close. Had the dealership discounted the price of the > $50,000 truck even a paltry $500, I would have bought it. However, the "manager" - I assume finance or internet - was confident it was a great price even though Truecar and Carguru both said it wasn't. The irony here is that I took advantage of a great RAM deal elsewhere only 3 days after this deal didn't make and I see now that the dealership has already lowered the price only 7 days later, completely contradicting their stance with me that cost them the deal. This loss is on you, "manager". Still going to give David Brooks a 5-star review because I think he earned it. With as much paranoia and guard-up as some of us have with even approaching a traditional dealership these days vs. the up-and-coming simplicity of online car buying, David was about as straight forward as it gets. 0 sketchy sales talk, no 4-corner pitch, no drama... just simply "going to do a deal if we can, and if we can't, we'll shake hands and walk away" (his words). That' what you want to hear (and experience) with a car dealer. If you look through this website for a trustworthy salesperson, his name comes up over and over so for me (and I would recommend for you) it should be David or no one. Good luck, David. More

He sent all of the information we requested online and then had the Ram waiting in the front of the lot for us when we arrived. David has the greatest customer service skills; he was super friendly, extremely knowledgable and gave us the full tour of all the Rams functionality before we took off for the drive home. All in all, it was a great experience! More

The only reason I gave them 1 Star was the sales staff The only reason I gave them 1 Star was the sales staff at the used lot was wonderful. The finance department is where the problems are. Gary in fina The only reason I gave them 1 Star was the sales staff at the used lot was wonderful. The finance department is where the problems are. Gary in finance is one of the worst human beings I have ever met. My son is in his 20’s and starting out. He bought a truck from them but wanted to keep his payments low so he wasn’t in over his head. Gary was very insistent he purchase an extended warranty that he couldn’t afford even though the vehicle had very low miles. When he wouldn’t buy the warranty when everything was done and signed you could tell Gary was mad. He began insulting my son. Saying looks like your mom is going to be making your truck payments. And that since he wouldn’t buy the warranty that the truck was going to break down and that his mom would be the one paying to fix it. He was very demeaning and insulting. Instead of leaving happy and excited about buying his first vehicle for himself. He left depressed and beat down. More
