Usually have had a good experience in the service department but April 28, 2022 was a nightmare. I made an appointment at the first of the week only to be told it would possibly be up to a two hour w department but April 28, 2022 was a nightmare. I made an appointment at the first of the week only to be told it would possibly be up to a two hour wait after I get there! It was 2.5 and I had drive 57 minutes to get there. I questioned the booking process and was told that the online and call in appointments didn’t work together ( the online booking wouldn’t work on Monday) . There has got to be a better way or I have wasted a lot of money on an extended warranty. More
