Southtowne in Newnan did a great job of helping me with an emissions issue. They reserached the issue to determine the problem and also made sure to ceck if my Traverse was covered under the emissions warr an emissions issue. I called to make my 6 month service appointment and talked to Ashley. She didn't have one available for when I needed but told me I could come as a walk in. So I did. Preston checked me in and told talked to Ashley. She didn't have one available for when I needed but told me I could come as a walk in. So I did. Preston checked me in and told me it would be a while but would get my car done as quickly as he could but those with appointments, of course, came first. Preston called me within 2 hours telling me my car was ready to be picked up. I cannot thank both Ashely and Preston, as well as the techs, enough for accommodating me on such short notice on a Saturday morning. Y'all are the true epitome of a hometown dealership!! More

Great experience with Michael and Southtown. So far we are happy with our new Buick and hope to get many years of happy travels. All in all sofar fine with South town but maybe they should have been weari are happy with our new Buick and hope to get many years of happy travels. All in all sofar fine with South town but maybe they should have been wearing masks. we saw many sales people and employees with no mask or not wearing properly. This made us a bit uncomfortable. Michael our sales person wore a mask and was very respectful of our need to social distance and wer masks. More
