Communication is poor at best. The ballet guy is slow as can be. He’s injured but it took 17 minutes to get my car brought around. I have two VWs and ballet was awful both times. Service sends an email when done I only check email once a day. Please text or call when car is ready. Car was dropped of the night before for an oil change, rotation, and inspection. Took ALL DAY for a one hour job. My car is great, service not so much. Not sure I would buy again here. More

I brought my car in for an inspection at 8:45. Appointment time was at 9am. I called at 11:30 to check on the status and was told to leave voicemail. No one called me back. I called again at 1pm t Appointment time was at 9am. I called at 11:30 to check on the status and was told to leave voicemail. No one called me back. I called again at 1pm to check on my car and was told Tim was on lunch until 2 and I had to wait. I got a call around 2:15 that my car is ready for pick up. It took over 5 hours to get my car back. More
